Building up Without Tearing Down

Local author and University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management career coach will discuss his book, Building Up Without Tearing Down, at the University of Minnesota Bookstores at Coffman Memorial Union on Tuesday, September 25 at 4:00 p.m.

Building Up Without Tearing Down was inspired by Ellsworth’s past professional experiences and includes lessons he shares with his students - including how inhibiting organizations impact individuals who work for them, and how you can find agency at the workplace.

Elsworth will sign copies of his book following the discussion. This event is free and open to the public.
