CPS
The Consumer Priority Service (CPS) plan adds three or four years of world-class extended warranty service on defective parts and labor with added accidental damage coverage* to your Mac or PC. M Tech is an authorized CPS service provider. Length and location of repair depends on the extent of issue and/or damage.

AppleCare
Service and support from the people who know your Apple products best.
Most Apple hardware comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support. To extend your coverage further, purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan or AppleCare+. All plans feature 24/7 priority access to Apple experts via chat or phone.
AppleCare+ for Mac
AppleCare+ for Mac extends your coverage to three years from your AppleCare+ purchase date and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage*, each subject to a service fee of $99 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or $299 for other damage, plus applicable tax.
AppleCare for Enterprise
With AppleCare for Enterprise, University departments can extend their Mac and iPad coverage to 36 months featuring an AppleCare Account Manager, one-hour response time to urgent issues, onsite hardware service, and limited device replacement. AppleCare+ for Everything Else
AppleCare+ extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your device and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage*, each subject to a service fee plus applicable tax (listed below).

AppleCare Protection Plan for Apple TV
With the AppleCare Protection Plan, you can extend your coverage to two years from your Apple TV purchase date. You’ll get direct, one-stop access to Apple’s award-winning telephone technical support for questions about tvOS, iCloud, AirPlay, and more.
Microsoft Surface
This extended warranty provides Advanced Exchange coverage for the Microsoft Surface Pro tablet, Microsoft Surface Laptop and Microsoft Surface Book. Total coverage is 4 years from the date of hardware purchase. One battery replacement is provided during the duration of the Extended Hardware Warranty. This plan also includes Accidental Damage from Handling coverage*.

Apple Repairs
We are an Apple Authorized Service Center. Our team of Apple Certified Technicians provide hardware repairs for Apple computers, iPads, and Apple accessories under warranty and out-of-warranty. We can also install macOS, attempt data backup, and remove most malware.
There is no diagnostic fee for Mac notebooks. We charge a $35 diagnostic fee for Mac desktops that is deducted from the cost of the repair.
PC Repairs
We can do many off-warranty repairs for PC computers, such as replacing failed hard drives, cracked LCDs, reinstalling Windows, and attempt data backup.
There is a $35 PC diagnostic fee that is deducted from the cost of the repair.
CPS Accidental Damage Coverage
We sell and service CPS accidental damage warranty. This warranty covers broken screens, liquid spills, manufacturing defects, and other damage.
Cell Phone Repair (CPR)
We’ve teamed up with CPR for phone, tablet, and computer repairs. CPR can fix broken screens, buttons, and batteries. They can also repair game consoles and drones.
