Only unused merchandise with attached tags can be returned. Refundable by the return deadline or 30 days from purchase, whichever comes first, with original packaging intact. Without a receipt, merchandise can be exchanged only. Purchases made after the return deadline are exchange-only.

Academic Stoles: No return, merchandise can be exchanged only.
Diploma Frames: Unopened, non-special order product may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt
