How is my order delivered?
Your order will be delivered via U Market Services to the ship to address on your order with no shipping charges. If you are not located on one of the Twin Cities campuses, we will ship your order to your department for free.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! You can pick up your order at many of our stores by selecting the Bookstores location as your Ship To Location.
Your EFS Requisition Preparer will need to enter the following number to alert us you would like to pick up the order in store.

- P116200001 - University of MN Bookstores at Crookston
- P106490001 - University of MN Bookstores at Morris
- P116210001 - University of MN Bookstores at Rochester - M Gear Store

- University of MN Bookstores at Law please email umnbookstore@umn.edu with your PO number and request to pick up at this location.
You will receive an email once it is ready for you, containing instructions on where/how to pick up your order.
How do I return my order?
Most item(s) on your order can be returned to the University of MN Bookstores at Coffman Memorial Union as long as they meet the U of MN Bookstores return guidelines.
Please be sure to bring the order paperwork— including receipt, with the product to ensure you are credited correctly. You can also ship or have a courier deliver the item(s) to the U of M Bookstores at Coffman Memorial Union.
Custom configured computer systems are non-returnable.
